Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

Our Return Policy
With a receipt:  Any returned items accompanied by a receipt dated within 60 days will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original package.  You will be refunded in the form of original payment, or store credit if desired.  Items being returned for different sizing, color, etc. customer will incur shipping and handling charges.  Any items being returned after 60 days will incur a re-stocking fee of 15%.

Exceptions to our Return Policy:
Headsets/Electronics: All Headsets/Electronics are returnable for replacement within 30 days.  Past 30 days, we have asked all customers to go directly to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement.
